TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website www.radioactivitees.com (hereinafter the "Site"), published by SARL Radioactivitées, represented by Emmanuelle Husson. Anyone accessing the Site acknowledges that they have read these Terms and accept them without reservation.
4.1 Purpose of the Site
www.radioactivitees.com is a professional showcase site presenting the activities and expertise of Radioactivitées in the following areas:

Radio-frequency (RF) coordination for events

Live capture and audio recording (Record/Capture)

Audio over IP — the Anacrouse solution for symphony orchestras

Show Control and technical event supervision

Professional training (RF, DANTE, audio networks)
The Site also allows interested professionals to get in touch regarding any technical audio project, in France and internationally.
4.2 Access to the Site
Access to the Site is free, open and available to any user with an internet connection. Radioactivitées cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the internet, including any service interruption, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
Radioactivitées reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue access to all or part of the Site at any time and without notice, in particular for maintenance, updates or reasons of force majeure.
4.3 User conduct
Use of the Site and its features (including the contact form) is strictly limited to lawful, professional purposes. The user undertakes to:

4.4 Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, photographs, videos, logos, graphic identity, site architecture, the Anacrouse solution) is the exclusive property of SARL Radioactivitées or its partners and is protected under the French Intellectual Property Code and international conventions.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, of any element of the Site, by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Radioactivitées.
4.5 Limitation of liability
The information published on the Site is provided for guidance only and does not constitute a contractual offer. Radioactivitées strives to keep it accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee that it is complete or perfectly current.
Radioactivitées cannot be held liable for:

4.6 References and portfolio
The names, trademarks and logos of clients and partners mentioned on the Site as references (Louis Vuitton, Johnny Hallyday Symphonique / Universal, Radio France, COP 21, Stade de France, Watches & Wonders, WorldSkills 2024, etc.) are used solely for information and to illustrate the experience of Radioactivitées. These trademarks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
4.7 Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute concerning their interpretation or performance, and failing an amicable settlement within thirty (30) days of the first notification of the dispute, the French courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of Radioactivitées shall have sole jurisdiction.
4.8 Amendments to the Terms
Radioactivitées reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes to the Site, the law or its business. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the Site. Users are encouraged to review them regularly. The version in force is the one dated 19 March 2026.
4.9 Effective date
These Terms of Use came into force on 19 March 2026.
